Genuine Money Aussie

Making money online hasn't been an easy task but by sticking at it things finally got together and now life is great. I live in Australia and am proud to be a genuine Aussie.

Here is my story.

I was married for a very long time to somebody who made my life less than pleasant and in the process took away my self esteem and self worth and replaced it with chronic fear. Life was a constant round of wondering where the money that was being spent, where it would come from to pay it back, a never ending roller coaster ride as to whether you would have a car, house, food or whatever other necessities of life were needed while my then spouse lived the high life. Oh we would have had plenty of money if his extra marital-antics, drinking and gambling hadn't gotten in the way of real life. How we weren't sent bankrupt at times I didn't know, but I really knew in my heart that it was because I found ways to hold it all together, at my personal expense. However there is an interesting sidelight which I like to call God getting even and that is that within 18 months of my leaving he was declared BANKRUPT. His money manager was there no more to bail him out.

Once I left I had to decide how I would live the rest of my life as I was 60 years old by this stage and had very little to show for over 40 years of hard work. Once the divorce and the mere pittance I got from it came my way I decided to buy a cleaning franchise. I was used to hard physical work, knew a smitchin about running a business, and couldn't afford to live on the $248.00 AUD pension I would get.

No, there had to be a better way even though cleaning keeps the body trim, and the mind healthy as you have plenty of time while you're scrubbing to clean out the ghosts of the past. It is however very physically demanding in itself as well as mentally draining with having to drive all over the place from job to job. It certainly wouldn't allow me to retire to the lifestyle I envisioned so due to this fact I had to find other ways to financial independence (so I could help you do the same) through genuine wealth creation.

In March 2007, my birthday in fact, my new husband and I went to a seminar on making a "gazillion overnight," you know the hype, the con the money flowing off your credit card and into their coffers, but I like many others, was HOOKED.

This normally astute person suddenly went wild to the tune of $13,500 AUD at about 82 cents in the US dollar. Sure cost me a packet, and worse than that when all that glitzy show piece ended I wanted more than ever to make money on the Internet so allowed myself to be sucked in by all those money grubbing parasites—not genuine at all.

Now----I'm not saying everybody online, the "gurus" in particular, are money grubbing--however quite a lot are, just look at their websites and see how they advise you to use under-handed methods of extracting money from unsuspecting people like you and me. Having lived with this type of personality for all those years I now realize I was conditioned to their "charms."

ENOUGH! ENOUGH! ENOUGH! My credit cards were getting full and I was starting to have nightmares about paying them back, ( like the old days) and worse I couldn't understand what I was doing -- didn't have a clue. You have to imagine the scenario, poor 63 year old Aussie lady with absolutely NO computer experience apart from being to turn it on read emails and turn it off, goes full bore into INTERNET MARKETING. Nice one don't you think? How was I going to turn this around and start making money so I could sleep at night and pay off my debts then live my kind of life???

Well that's when I had to take stock. I had bought all those programs, (they're lying around my office desk,) that were going to make me a millionaire overnight but didn't, and I still had no more clues about using these programs to generate income than when I parted company with my well earned money.

What to do??? Most of these programs are sketchy and have pertinent factors left out to set you up for failure so you'll keep buying to find the missing pieces, and if that isn't enough of an insult the next email they'll send you will tell you you're too lazy to follow their instructions. Now the Fox Terrier in me wouldn't let go of the idea I could do this if I only knew what I was doing, so I bought a set of rather costly videos from somebody I admired at that point in time and started on those. Well suffice to say that when I started having problems they reassured me everything was OK even though it wasn't and as soon as their allocated time frame was up it was go away. Turns out their was actually a glitch in one of the web uploading processes and it took nine weeks and an extra $400.00 AUD to sort it out. There were too many just like that. Again, not genuine. Was there a genuine answer?

After a great amount of searching I found "IT." What is "IT" you may well ask-- Site Build It, SBI for short. I could now see that all the positive thoughts, visualizations and just plain terror that had been a major part of my life for some time were going to amount to me now making genuine money online, getting out of debt and living instead of existing.
